We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.
If ordered before 2pm, your cover will be despatched the same day.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of receipt. Please use the Returns slip supplied with your order.

3. Include in your package a signed letter or returns note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
We will e-mail you to confirm receipt and advise what action we are taking as a result within 48 hours of receipt.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We reserve the right on all non-defective items to levy a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order for non-defective items.
If your item is unused but has been mis-ordered, you may exchange it for different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
We aim to fulfil all orders comprising stock we hold within 72 hours – Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Orders requiring stock on Back order may take up to 2-3 weeks to be processed and delivered.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that Royal Mail tracking only shows when the parcel has been delivered, no “in-transit “info is available.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on current courier and postal charges, packaging costs etc.. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item within your order goes on back order we may elect ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We will normally discuss this option with you at the time of your order.
